Ballet Prague Junior 2

Student chamber ensemble of dance theater, composed of the best students of the lower years of the Dance Center Prague - Conservatory. The ensemble has been working since 2004, has a completely professional artistic management, and thanks to the International Dance Center agency, production and a fully mobile artistic and technical operation. Annually, the ensemble creates two premieres in a full-length format, completes approximately 50 performances - they are mainly family titles - cycles of dance scenes connected into thematic units, as well as educational programs for schools – in the 2025/26 season: Heaven on Earth (Year of Czech Music 2024) and How the Dancer is Made. The authors are experienced choreographers from the "home workshop", specialized in working with under-aged artists.

A chamber ensemble which, in the European context, represents a unique company composed of selected students from the 3rd to 5th years of the Dance Centre Prague Conservatory, i.e. underage artists aged 13–16 working within a fully professional framework of artistic direction, dramaturgy, operation, and production.
